Apple Co-Founder Wishes Bitcoin Would Become the Only Currency Globally

Apple Co-Founder thinks of Bitcoin as of the global currency of the future.

In an interview with CNBC, Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple, conceded that he would like Bitcoin to become a single currency around the world.

Wozniak bought bitcoin when it was priced at $700, compared with its current price: nearly $7 700 at the time of publication.

However, Bitcoin is not the only cryptocurrency which is favourably treated. The Apple’s co-founder also mentioned Ether and said that Ethereum can potentially become “the new Apple”.

Coming back to Bitcoin, Wozniak considers it to be the equivalent of gold. He also called for the development of regulatory measures, while noting that good regulation involves “fairness, equality and truth”.
